1. About the Service

Convo provides AI-powered English speaking practice, interactive lessons, role-play conversations, peer-to-peer learner practice, watch-and-speak exercises and vocabulary games.

Features may be added, changed or removed over time. Some features require an active paid subscription.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Convo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by harassing other learners, sharing inappropriate content, attempting to access systems without authorisation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

In peer practice, abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your account following review of reports.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the app store or account settings used for purchase.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Feedback, corrections and suggestions generated by our AI features are provided for learning support. While we work to keep them accurate and helpful, they may occasionally be imperfect and should not be treated as professional or legal advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, illustrations, interfaces and software within Convo are owned by or licensed to Wemax Digitech Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

You retain ownership of the voice recordings and content you create, and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Convo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
